Refunds:

• Due to the nature of our services being primarily labor-based, refunds are not applicable once services have been provided.
• In cases where dissatisfaction arises from the issue with workmanship, we encourage customers to reach out to us promptly to address any concerns and explore potential resolutions.

Returns:

• As a mobile locksmith service company, we do not operate as a retail store. The parts and materials we use are an integral part of the service we provide.
• Neither our company nor our suppliers are able to accept returns or exchanges for parts.
• However, if any parts or materials provided by Houdini Locksmith are found to be defective or faulty upon installation, we will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly and provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Warranty:

• We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. Therefore, we offer a three-month warranty covering both parts and labor for all services rendered by Houdini Locksmith.
• This warranty does not cover the service call fee, which is a separate charge for the dispatch of our technicians to your location.
• If any issues arise within the warranty period as a result of faulty parts or issues with workmanship, please contact us, and we will promptly address the issue and make necessary repairs or replacements as covered by the warranty.

Exceptions:

• In rare cases where extenuating circumstances warrant consideration for a refund or return, such as billing errors, we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a fair resolution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
