By accessing or using the Houdini Locksmith website at houdinilocksmithvan.com, or by using any of our locksmith services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Houdini Locksmith operates exclusively as a mobile locksmith service. We do not accept walk-in clients at any of our locations — including but not limited to Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, and Richmond. Our registered business address in Burnaby, BC is used solely for administrative, licensing, and office purposes and is not accessible to the public. All locksmith services are performed exclusively at the customer’s specified location. Attending any of our addresses without a prior appointment or dispatch confirmation will result in no service being provided. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

All prices are quoted before any work begins. The price quoted is the price you pay — we do not add hidden fees or surprise charges after the job is complete. Emergency and after-hours calls may be priced differently. All quotes are free with no obligation.
If Houdini Locksmith is unable to resolve your locksmith issue, you will not be charged for the service call. This guarantee applies to all standard lockout, lock change, and key replacement services. It does not apply where the customer stops work before completion, or where factors outside our control prevent completion.
Houdini Locksmith is not liable for any pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or surrounding surfaces that exists prior to our arrival. Our technicians will always attempt non-destructive entry first. Destructive entry is always discussed and agreed upon with the customer before proceeding.
Estimated response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Response times may be affected by traffic, weather, distance, and technician availability. We communicate any significant delays directly to you.
A 10% senior discount is available to customers 65 years of age and older. The discount must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. It applies to labour charges only and may not be combined with other promotions.
For vehicle locksmith services, customers may be required to provide proof of vehicle ownership or identity before work begins. Houdini Locksmith reserves the right to refuse service if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
Houdini Locksmith’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We carry full liability insurance for all work performed.
